Shovel or Plow Your Driveway
Keeping your driveway free of snow and ice is an important step to ensure a smooth propane delivery. Remember that our trucks are wider than your car, so they need some extra room!
Clear & Mark Your Fill Valve
Please clear away any snow or other obstructions from around your fill valve so that our drivers can deliver your propane easily. For underground tanks, it is a good idea to place a flag or driveway stake near the fill valve so it’s easy to find.

Cut Away Branches or Bushes
If your propane tank is near a tree or a bush, we ask that you cut back your greenery so it doesn’t interfere with the delivery process.
Unlock Your Gates
Have a fence with a gate on your property that’s between our driver and your propane tank? Make sure it’s unlocked so our driver can easily gain access to your propane tank and deliver your fuel.
Make Sure Animals Are Inside
Please bring your dog or other pets indoors before we arrive to deliver your fuel. Many animals can be frightened by the sounds our trucks make, which isn’t good for us or them!
